Fees and Insurance

Fees:
I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation prior to the start of treatment.
Fee for initial consultation is $250. This initial session is 90 minutes.
Fees are $180 for a 45-minute session and $215 for a 60-minute session, which I recommend for CPT.

Insurance:
I am an out-of-network provider. Patients pay me with cash, a check, or by Zelle at each session, and I provide them with a receipt that they may submit to their insurance for reimbursement at an out-of-network rate, to the extent that their insurance allows. Please check your insurance coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

Do I have out-of-network benefits for mental health services?

How much is the deductible, and how much of it have I already met?

How many sessions per year does the insurance plan cover?

What portion of a counseling session would be covered once the deductible is met?

Reduced Fee:
Exceptions to the full fee are available on a limited basis.
